Dreams是爱尔兰著名另类摇滚乐队The Cranberries（小红莓乐队，又译作：卡百利乐队）的第一支单曲，单曲第一次发行于1992年9月29日，收录在乐队首张录音室专辑《Everybody Else Is Doing It, So Why Can't We?》中。

20世纪90年代初，在The Corrs、Boyzone还未成立前，谈起爱尔兰的流行乐队，除了U2外最著名的莫过于The Cranberries（爱尔兰小红莓又称卡百利）了，乐队主唱Dolores O'Riordan那充满激情、高昂的嗓音至今在流行乐坛中无人可比。

当年王菲在“梦中人”所用的唱法就是完全模仿Dolores在《Dreams》中的唱腔，那种把舌头卷起来、向后拉长声音的唱法曾让前者在当时大出风头，以至于今天不少歌手（2011快乐女声全国总决赛11进10的比赛中王艺洁演绎此曲Dreams）依旧在仿照这种独特的唱腔。
